The Flyingnets Group (“we”) handles personal data in line with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
1. Information we collect
Company name, name, email address, company email domain and message content you enter in contact, quote and application forms. The AI SOC Readiness Check does not require a company name or personal name.
2. Purpose of use
To reply to you, send assessment reports and quotes, deliver the services you request, and produce statistics to improve our services.
3. AI SOC Readiness Check
Answers are used only to create your report. Unless you request an email or a quote, we keep only the date, recommended plan and language as statistics. If you do, we store your answers and report and delete them automatically after the retention period (one year by default). Report text is generated by the AI feature built into this site.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share personal data without your consent except as required by law. For MCI program applications, we may share your company email domain with Microsoft to confirm eligibility.
5. Cross-border transfer
Our group operates in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong and may handle data across group companies as needed. We apply safeguards required by applicable laws.
6. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and activity logs.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to remember settings such as language. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
8. Access, correction and deletion
We respond promptly to requests to access, correct, stop using or delete your data after verifying your identity.
